We can not disclose the identity of the participant.

Disciplinary action should not be taken solely on the basis of mystery shopping results.

The objective of an internal mystery shop should be to provide management with information on processes and/or quality of service, in order to aid re-training plans and improvements in service.

The sole purpose is to increase customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty. 

If bonus programs are to be based wholly or partly on the results of an internal mystery shop, this must be

made clear to all staff prior to the start of the project.
